BREAKING NEWS: The Supreme Court is yet to make a decision on the appeal filed by the Labour Party against Tinubu’s election victory.

The Labour Party (LP) has filed an appeal with the Supreme Court, Nigeria’s highest court, challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu. The LP has cited several grounds for their appeal, including claims of electoral fraud and irregularities.

The seven-member panel of the apex court, led by Justice John Okoro and including Justices Uwani Abba-Aji, Mohammed Lawal Garba, Adamu Jauro, Ibrahim Saulawa, Tijani Abubakar and Emmanuel Agim, heard the arguments from both parties and has reserved judgment. The date for the judgment will be communicated to the parties involved.
