The leadership of the Labour Party has urged the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, to exclude Peter Obi, their candidate, from his dispute with President Bola Tinubu. They emphasized that the former governor of Anambra is solely dedicated to regaining his “stolen mandate” at the highest court.

The party has stated that it will accept any support that helps to further its goal of creating a country where justice prevails. This statement was made in response to the invitation from the PDP candidate for Obi and the presidential nominee of the New Nigeria People’s Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso, to join their efforts in revealing the supposed scandals of the president.

In a statement released on Wednesday in Abuja, the National Publicity Secretary of LP, Obiora Ifoh, appealed for their candidate to be allowed to concentrate on his case at the apex court.

The statement states that Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, is presently seeking to reclaim his mandate in the Supreme Court. He is committed to ensuring a just nation where justice is upheld, and he will continue his efforts until Nigeria has the leadership it deserves.
