The Senator related his experience, saying that while he was visiting his late buddy in Adamawa, he noticed a particular scenery and went to investigate. The senator continued by saying that his acquaintance had advised him not to travel to the region because Boko Haram militants were stationed there. According to the senator, he insisted and took his driver there.
“In less than 30 minutes of driving, we were stopped by a group of young men that identified themselves as Boko Haram. They asked what I was doing. I told them I am a tourist and I love the environment. They said this part is not Nigeria as they have taken over and if not that they know me, they would have taken me.”
“What they told me was that they don’t want to be part of Nigeria; that Nigeria is unfair to them and there are so many immoralities in the country and the government is not unaccountable.” –the Senator narrated.

You can’t eat your cake and have it. The Northern Region Political Leaders cooked up this shit to spite off Jonathan’s administration but look at what the country has turned into.
