The Senator Representing Delta Senatorial District, Ned Nwoko recently had an interview on Arise Television and he spoke about a lot of things.
During the Interview, Senator Ned Nwoko revealed that Nigerians should be given the right to firearms so that they can be able to defend themselves against Kidnappers due to the high level of insecurity in the country.

“Would you want to be able to defend yourself when you are attacked by kidnappers in your own home? Would you be able to defend your children and your wife if you are attacked? You are telling me no that you don’t want to handle a gun, if you don’t want to handle a gun then that’s your problem.
There are many people out there who would want to be giving the opportunity to defend themselves and I speak on behalf of those one’s”.
“It’s obvious that security agencies can not protect the lives of Nigerians. We have spent billions of dollars on the military with no clear sight of ending insecurity.
Nigerians must be allowed the right to carry firearms to defend themselves, every local government will have a gun school to train civilians on how to use firearms for self defence”,
