Stan Alieke
Nigerian legal practitioner, Stan Alieke, has educated Nigerians on the reprercussion of engaging in non-consensual s3x.
He stated that during s3xual intercourse, consent can be withdrawn at any time.
In his post, Stan stated that under the Nigerian criminal code, ej@culating with a partner without her permission has been held to be r@pe.
He also pointed out that under the law, a man cannot claim to have been r@ped by a woman. He stated that the law only recognizes a woman being r@ped by a man.
