A Nigerian man, Ifeanyi Abugu has shared his opinion on the reason for high divorce rates.
According to him, the divorce rate in our grandparents’ time was low because women obeyed their husbands and men respected their wife’s femininity.
After he made the post, some Facebook users agreed while some disagreed with him.
“Reasons why there were low records of divorce in the time of our grandfathers; Women were eager to obey their husbands, and men respected the femininity of their wives,” he wrote.
