In Dec 2014, Paul Mugo killed his family, wife, and 3 children and then committed suicide. A well-known City wealthy lawyer, whose intriguing path changed when he decided to join an alleged cult.
Allen, Ryan, and Tiffany the three beautiful children, were promised a great future but were cut short due to a regretful or unreasonable move made by the father. The parents of Paul started a search for the three angels as Paul had left a goodbye letter that stated he was leaving his children with a friend called Charles. Why change did he change his mind?
The decomposing bodies of the 3 children were found dumped near Tatu City in Kiambu a week after missing. The autopsy report stated that they were killed by acid and some signs of strangulation. The Mother to Paul, Keziah stated that Paul changed when he met a certain Pastor. He was so obsessed with her and he was mostly talking about weird prophecies.
Paul met Ann Wanyoro the pastor while she was still a teacher and offered to sponsor her son. This made her quit her job and become a pastor and they created a bank account that rolled the name Magu. It is said Paul and Ann were sited many times together. The mother said that she saw them together and this flagged that their relationship was more than friendship.
The mother said that she met them on different occasions, at the blue Post Hotel and in Gatundu, and after noticing how Paul had changed, she concluded that they were more than friends. Lydia’s (the wife) sister was abolished from the church for being noisy in the activities of the church

Paul Mugo wrote a will leaving all his wealth to Pastor Ann. Non to his family members. Pastor Ann was later arrested on the count of aiding in the planning of the execution of the Mugo Five.
