Comrade Julius Abure, the National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), has strongly criticized the government led by President Bola Tinubu. He stressed that Nigeria is retrogressing in various sectors under the current administration. Abure called for action from opposition parties and the Nigerian masses to confront what he described as poor governance. He expressed dissatisfaction with the current state of the country and cited challenges such as insecurity, economic deterioration, and political issues affecting innocent citizens.
Abure condemned the government’s inability to address security challenges, infrastructure, and the economy. According to Abure, the All Progressives Congress (APC) government led by Tinubu is a failure, and the Nigerian masses are enduring unprecedented hardship. He emphasized that it is not capturing power that matters but what you do with the power. If you capture power and cannot use it to address security challenges, infrastructure, and the economy, then what is the use of being in office?
Abure pointed out that the Tinubu-led APC government is a failure in all ramifications. The Nigerian masses have never had it as bad as this. At present, Nigerians are begging for food. It is a shame that Ukraine, which is at war, is sending us grains and all that. Nigeria has all it takes to build a great nation, but sadly, this APC government is presently taking us backward. Nigerians must unite to chase away this oligarchy in power.
