Super Eagles forward, Moses Simon has been ranked the fourth best dribbler in European football’s top five leagues. The 28-year-old left winger returned to action last weekend as he came in as a substitute during Nantes’ encounter with Paris Saint-Germain where the host suffered a defeat owing to goals from Lucas Hernandez and Kylian Mbappe.
According to Opta, a British sports analytics company, Moses Simon has a 55.1% dribble completion rate. This ranks Simon the fourth best dribbler in Europe’s top five leagues leaving him behind Leroy Sane, Jeremy Doku and Lamine Yamal who have 55.5%, 58.6% and 59.7% respectively.
So far this season, the Nantes star has scored three goals and provided five assists in 18 Ligue 1 games for his club. The Nigerian who also helped in guiding Nantes to a Coupe de France title in 2022 now ranks the best dribbler in the French top-flight football league ahead of the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Jonathan David.
