The High Court has today finally made its final ruling on the murder of Monica Nyawira Kimani who was brutally murdered years ago.
In the decision made, the court did acknowledge that the murder of Monica Kimani was by a sharp object finding Jowie as guilty of the murder. The judge dismissed claims that Monica Kimani had died a natural death insisting that she has been murdered.
Former TV anchor who was also part of the accused was however found innocent with the court admitting that there was no direct evidence that linked her directly to the murder.
Following the ruling, a video of Jowie’s Sister crying after the ruling that found its way online has elicited mixed reactions with many feeling sorry that she had to endure such pain. In the video, Jowie’s Sister is seen walking upstairs in deep tears that she could not control.
