Popular Nigerian streamer and content creator Habeeb Hamzat, known to fans as Peller, says he plans to bring Nobel laureate Professor Wole Soyinka onto his livestream.

He told viewers the day would be full of proper English and grammar lessons.

Peller made the announcement during a livestream on Tuesday.

He said he would share more details soon but did not give a date.

The idea has caught attention online because of the gap between Peller’s loud and funny streaming style and Soyinka’s status as one of Africa’s most respected writers.

Soyinka is a famous playwright, poet and novelist who became the first African to win the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1986.

Peller has built a large following through livestreams known for unplanned chats, jokes and conversations with celebrities and other creators.

This session would be a very different kind of stream for him.

It is not yet clear whether Soyinka has agreed to take part.
