Oro Students’ Union (OSU) Worldwide recently organized a one-day leadership retreat on Friday, April 5th, 2024, at Sky Point Hotels in Oron Local Government. Themed “TEAM BUILDING AND COLLABORATION: Fostering Collaboration and Leveraging on Individual Strength for Collective Impact,” the retreat brought together student leaders from Oro extraction across all registered chapters for intensive training, team building, and strategic planning in line with the event’s theme. The focus was on equipping students with essential skills and knowledge to effectively lead their peers and advocate for the betterment of the student community.
Key highlights of the retreat included breakout sessions and interactive workshops aimed at enhancing leadership skills, fostering collaboration among student leaders from various institutions, and developing a strategic vision for the Oro Students’ Union moving forward.
The union extends her deepest gratitude to the sponsors who made this retreat possible, including Rep. Martins Esin, Engr. Bobby Onofiok, Engr.
