Popular Nigerian journalist, Agba Jalingo has accused the antenatal department of the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH) of asking patients to buy fuel even after they’ve paid their medical bills.
After he called them out on Facebook, several users stormed his page to recount their own experiences.
