A Nigerian Islamic scholar, Al Hussein Sunnah, has a message for polygamous men.
He stated that it is not right for a man to tie the knot with another woman when his first wife is suffering due to financial hardship and lack of maintenance.
“It is haram not Sunnah to marry a second wife while the first wife is suffering in your hands in financial and maintenance,” he wrote.
