Recall that it was reported that the actress was allegedly imprisoned by the EFCC for spraying the new Naira notes at a party in 2023.
When charged to court, Simi had pleaded not guilty but when evidence was presented later, she changed her stance and admitted her guilt to the court.
This was released in a report culled by the EFCC and they charged her with 6 months imprisonment or an option of N300,000 fine.
The actress took to her Snapchat story to debunk the claim while assuring her fans she was safe and secure.
Many Netizens have assumed that she offended somebody at the top and that is the reason for her arrest.
