AS prices of food and commodities continue to soar in the midst of the economic hardship in the country, President Bola Tinubu has ruled out the possibility of setting commodity price control board.

President Tinubu has also told the 36 governors to allow the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, and other institutions to carry out their constitutional duties and avoid unnecessary distractions.

This is as the President has approved the establishment of a committee comprising state governors and representatives of the federal government to, among other things, explore the modalities for establishing state police
