During a meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), Governor Nyesom Wike, Governor David Umahi, and other ministers were seen singing the famous “On Your Mandate” song associated with the former Lagos State Governor and All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. A video of the singing was also captured.
A newly surfaced video shows government ministers singing President Bola Tinubu’s popular “On Your Mandate” song during a Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting. This song is typically sung to demonstrate allegiance to President Tinubu by his supporters. In the 35-second video shared by Twitter user @A_Feranmi, the president’s appointees can be seen singing the song’s lyrics with fists raised in the air, while standing in front of Tinubu.
But some Nigerians have, however, expressed their disappointment with the action of the ministers.
