1. Cholesterol.

The chicken head, like other parts of the chicken, can be high in cholesterol. Your body needs cholesterol to build healthy cells, but high levels of cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease.

With a diet of high cholesterol, you can develop fatty deposits in your blood vessels. Eventually, these deposits grow, making it difficult for enough blood to flow through your arteries. Sometimes, those deposits can break suddenly and form a clot that causes a heart attack or stroke.

2. Nutrient imbalance.

Consuming only chicken heads, or any single part of an animal, may lead to a nutrient imbalance in your diet. A good diet that includes a variety of foods has been scientifically proven to provide numerous health benefits, such as reducing your risk of several chronic diseases and keeping your body healthy.

3. Cultural and culinary considerations.

In many cultures, eating the head of a chicken is not common. Cultural factors can play an important part in dietary choices, and in many places, eating chicken heads may be considered unappetizing or taboo.

4. Prions.

Chicken heads contain a higher concentration of nerve tissues, which can carry prions, and misfolded proteins that are associated with neurodegenerative diseases like Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. Consuming prion-infected tissue may increase the risk of developing these disorders.
