Brentford have reportedly reached an agreement with Everton over the signing of Neal Maupay.Maupay left the Bees to join Brighton & Hove Albion back in 2019 after scoring 25 goals in the Championship during the 2018-19 season.The 27-year-old striker only joined Everton last summer, but he has scored just one goal in 32 games for the Toffees.Fabrizio Romano claims that a verbal agreement is in place to sign Maupay on a season-long-loan deal.

Fiorentina have reportedly agreed to sign Maxime Lopez from Sassuolo, opening the door for Sofyan Amrabat to join Manchester United.The French midfielder is set to come in as a like-for-like replacement for Amrabat in central midfield.It has been reported that Man United chiefs are in Italy in order to finalise a deal for the Moroccan midfielder which is expected to go ahead today.Fabrizio Romano claims that Fiorentina have reached an agreement with Sassuolo to sign the 25-year-old midfielder.

Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has revealed that Rasmus Hojlund is available for Sunday’s Premier League clash with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.The Denmark international completed a move to the 20-time English champions from Atalanta BC last month but is yet to make his debut due to a troublesome back problem.Hojlund has trained with his teammates this week, though, and Ten Hag said during his press conference on Friday that the summer arrival is fit to start against the Gunners in North London.”Yes (he’s available). Nottingham Forest have reportedly agreed terms for the signing of Ibrahim Sangare from PSV Eindhoven.The Ivorian midfielder has been a regular in the PSV side since arriving in 2020 from Toulouse.Sangare played in both legs of their recent Champions League playoff against Rangers, scoring in the first leg at Ibrox, before progressing 7-3 on aggregate.Florian Plettenberg claims that a deal has been agreed and the player will sign a contract until 2028 with the Premier League club.

Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has reportedly completed his medical ahead of a move to Nottingham Forest.Hudson-Odoi has not been in the Chelsea squad at all this season, and was not present on their pre-season tour of the US.The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at Bayer Leverkusen, but Hudson-Odoi had a frustrating time of things, with injury and competition for places restricting his game time.Under Xabi Alonso, Hudson-Odoi played just nine minutes from mid-February onwards, and failed to score a goal with the German club.

Manchester United have reportedly come to an agreement with Fiorentina over a deal for Morocco international Sofyan Amrabat, with the midfielder now heading for Manchester.There has been ongoing speculation surrounding the 27-year-old throughout the summer, but it is believed that Man United have always been in control of the situation.According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, an agreement has now been reached between the two clubs, and Amrabat is heading for England to undergo a medical.Romano claims that the move will be an initial loan for a €10m (£8.6m) fee, while there will be a purchase option worth €20m (£17.1m) plus €5m (£4.3m) add-ons during next summer’s transfer window.

Everton midfielder Alex Iwobi has reportedly travelled to London in order to undergo a medical ahead of a move to Fulham.With just 12 months left on his contract at Goodison Park, talks over a new deal have stalled between Iwobi and Everton in recent months.It had been revealed earlier in the week that Iwobi wants to leave after not signing the new contract offered to him by the club shortly before the end of last season.Iwobi has not featured in Everton’s last two matches after picking up a hamstring injury in their 4-0 defeat to Aston Villa on August 20.

Manchester United have revealed that Marc Jurado has left the club to join Espanyol on a permanent deal.The 19-year-old arrived at Old Trafford from Barcelona in 2020, but he failed to make a first-team appearance for the English club, spending his time with the Under-18s and Under-23s.Jurado did feature for Man United during pre-season, appearing against Wrexham in the United States, but his time with the 20-time English champions has now come to a close.According to the Manchester Evening News, there is a ‘generous sell-on clause’ in the deal which could earn Man United ‘millions in the future’.

Man City confirm signing of Wolves midfielder Nunes

Manchester City have announced the signing of Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Matheus Nunes.Last week, it became apparent that the Premier League champions had identified the Portugal international as an alternative to West Ham United’s Lucas Paqueta.Wolves allegedly insisted that they would not sell their former club-record signing for anything less than £60m, a substantial increase on the £38m that they paid Sporting Lisbon just over 12 months ago.However, on the back of the 25-year-old going on strike to try to force a move, City increased their bid with Tommy Doyle also moving in the opposite direction.
