Ousmane Diomande has been quite involved for Sporting CP so far this ongoing 2023/2024 football season, scoring one goal and providing two assists in the 21 matches he has played.
His excellent performances in defence has caught the attention of Arsenal football club and according to reports from The Sun, the Gunners are making moves to sign Ousmane Diomande.
The reports further claimed that Arsenal football club are really interested in Ousmane Diomande and has sent scouts to watch the highly-rated defender play for Ivory Coast in thr ongoing AFCON competition.
It is believed that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta wants to add more quality to his options in defence this yer and he has identified Ousmane Diomande as a needed addition to his squad.
But with the young defender currently valued at £69million transfer fee, it remains to be seen if Arsenal football club will be able to pay the needed transfer fee and secure the transfer of Ousmane Diomande from Sporting CP later this year.
