Arewa Youth for Peaceful Co-existence, AYPC, has passed a vote of confidence on the Minister of the federal capital territory, FCT, Barr Nyesom Wike for his leadership qualities and ability to stabilize and turn around the security situation in the nation’s capital, Abuja.
The group expressed satisfaction about the vigorous efforts made by the FCT Minister, Wike, with the support of the Federal Government and security agencies, residents of Abuja can now sleep with their two eyes closed without further harassment by kidnappers and other criminal elements.
The Arewa Youth group however regretted the incessant kidnappings of innocent Nigerians in other parts of the country some of which resulted in lose of lives of the victims.
