A member of the family of the late Afrobeat musician, Mohbad, has called out his wife, Omowunmi, over a pickup truck she purchased second-hand for her father-in-law. A video that surfaced on social media shows an individual believed to be Mohbad’s relative criticizing the 24-year-old widow.
A family member was heard complaining about the condition of a pickup truck that was given to Mr. Joseph Aloba, Mohbad’s father, from his daughter-in-law. The individual insisted that as the father of a celebrity, he deserved to drive a newer vehicle instead of a used truck that doesn’t match his status.
“This is the pickup that the wife came to buy for her father. However, I can never buy this kind of truck for my father since he deserves to ride an exotic car,” the voice in the background stated.
