South African Police Service members have launched a manhunt for a suspect who is responsible for the murder of a 35-year-old woman at Mohlabaneng village.
On Sunday, 28 January 2024, a motorist was transporting two passengers to Sefofotse village and he stopped by Mohlabaneng village to get some petrol for his car.
When he returned, he noticed that both passengers were missing and upon further inspection, he found a female passenger lying along the R81 road a few meters away from his car.
The motorist called SAPS and emergency medical services for assistance and when they arrived at the scene the female victim was declared deceased. Police have launched a manhunt for the male suspect who was a passenger in the vehicle, they believe he murdered the victim.
