Renowned Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo has passed away.
A Nollywood source, who requested anonymity, informed our correspondent that Ekubo was rushed to the hospital on Monday after battling cancer.
He passed away on Tuesday afternoon following several hours on life support.
Concerns about the actor’s health had begun to surface as far back as May 2025, amid a prolonged absence from social media.
A check by DAILY POST revealed that his last social media activity dated back to December 30, 2024.
