In a post shared on her Instastories, Stephanie recounted how she contacted a housing agent and was asked to pay N20, 000 non-negotiable viewing charge.
She also mentioned that some housing agencies demand 20% agency fee.
She called on the Lagos state government to step in and regulate the excesses of these housing agents.
