A Nigerian marriage therapist, Shamseddin Giwa, has given reasons why some husbands dodge their financial responsibilities.
He stated that they do so because they know their wives can be manipulated into finding means to take care of the family.
Giwa added that such manipulation isn’t fair to the wife as a couple is supposed to be a team.
