Some residents of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have broken into a warehouse belonging to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) over the current economic hardship across the country.

Lagos Reporters gathered that the residents looted hundreds of foodstuff in the facility located in Karimo, Phase 3 Region of the FCT, Abuja.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson for the FCT command, Josephine Adeh said: “The situation is now under control.”
