Nigerian singer, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has taken to his media page to respond to a man who criticized his plan to donate the sum of 300 million naira to orphanage homes in the country.
This comes shortly after the said man replied to his statement with a nasty response.
Davido had posted on his media page: “I and my foundation pledge the sum of 300 million Naira to orphanages around Nigeria … as my yearly contribution to the Nation ❤️ .. details of disbursement tomorrow.”
Barely 24 hours after the post, a Nigerian man quoted the singer’s statement, saying,
“This dude reminds me of that movie ‘She must be obeyed.’ Oju Aiye sha.”
Not long after, the singer quoted the critic’s statement with a screenshot as evidence that he indeed fulfilled his pledge to the orphanage homes.
He wrote:
“FOUNDATION ACCOUNT CREDITED…. More details to follow soon.”
