American rapper Kanye West recently announced his plans to tour several African countries in 2024 and 2025. In an Instagram story shared on February 7th, he revealed that Lagos, Nigeria and Nairobi, Kenya are included in his list of tour destinations.
According to the post, Kanye’s tour will begin in Toronto, Canada in June 2024 and continue throughout the United States until August. The tour will then move to Mexico, Spain, Egypt, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates before coming to Africa in December 2024.
The suggested tour dates indicate that Lagos, Nigeria is set for December 2024 and Nyayo International Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya is also scheduled for December 2024. The tour will then move to Australia in January 2025 and conclude in Japan in February of the same year.
